You enter the villa from the garden/courtyard area through glass patio doors . As you enter the house, you'll find a large dining room and modern kitchen. There is also a bar in the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a center island and lots of counter space. Past the dining area through an archway trimmed with a handpainted floral design is the living area with entertainment center for TV and stereo. Off the living area is a studio which is open to the second floor. This area has a sofa and table; there is also a queen bed in this area. This would be a good play area for children, or quiet area if you want to sneak away and read a book . An open stairway leads to the second story. Also on the first level are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper level features two more bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two queens. This level has one bath. There is also a second level patio which would be a good location for catching a gentle breeze. A large swimming pool is just off the garden/courtyard. You'll find patio furniture and lounge chairs for relaxing. This is the spot to settle in and enjoy your leisure with a refreshing dip in the pool after a day of activities on the island. Casita Alta is air conditioned, has TV/VCR, CD player, barbecue and large swimming pool. You'll find it handsomely furnished in Mexican style. Centrally located, just three blocks from the oceanfront on 15th Avenue and Calle 1, Casita Alta is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. A miniature golf course is nearby, too, so if you have children (or young at heart), entertainment is convenient. Central location: 3 blocks from the ocean, 15th Ave. & Calle 1.
