Enjoy the luxury of a private townhome without sacrificing the benefits of a resort! Villa Amigos is one of 26 homes in Costa del Sol, Cozumel’s first oceanfront community. With only 26 luxury homes, you can enjoy the privacy of your own beautiful villa and the development's facilities (for guests only!). Amenities offered in the community include an infinity edge pool overlooking the sandy beaches and Caribbean Sea, as well as a 130 foot pier that can accommodate any size diving or fishing boat. In addition, there is a seaside jacuzzi and a community fitness center. The beach meanders along 400 feet of shoreline and is filled with serene palm trees and palapas. The pathways lead you through the homes and gorgeous grounds. Villa Amigos is only minutes from world famous reefs, and with the 130 foot private pier, you can be picked up by a dive company of your choice just steps from your back door.
In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and living room and 3 bedrooms, Villa Amigos has a huge terrace on the second level. This terrace has plenty of lounge and hammock chairs for sunning. Or, duck under the shaded palapa area if you've had your fill of sun for the day. This is a great area to watch sunsets. Inside on the second level is a large TV room that can be used as a fourth bedroom (there's a day bed, plus air beds can be requested in advance).
Divers will appreciate the private pier for boat pickp and proximity to Cozumel's best reefs. Everyone will love the large infinity pool, beachfront palapas and community jacuzzi.
