Las Brisas is a newer condo building, located about 2.5 miles north of town. With only 2 units per floor (14 condos total), you will have much privacy, no fighting for a chair by the pool here. Las Brisas is on a sandy beach. The spacious units are located on the 1st, 3rd or 4th floor with easy access to the pool and beach via stairs or elevator. The open and airy floor plan offers magnificent ocean views from the living room/dining room and kitchen and two of the 3 bedrooms. An oceanfront patio is furnished for comfortable outdoor living. Dining room seats 8 and a breakfast bar has additional seating. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a microwave. Two bedrooms have oceanfront views, private bath and sliding glass doors to the balcony with spectacular ocean views. Third bedroom has private bath and jungle views.
