Built on a coral shoreline in the northern hotel zone, the Cantamar Condominiums are close enough that you can walk into town (1 mile). Grocery stores are within 1/2 mile away. There are only 9 units in this building, so guests enjoy privacy plus a great view of Cozumel's bay area.

Along the ocean is a freshwater swimming pool with a shallow end for kids. A man-made beach area provides an area for sunning and a place for tots to play in the sand while protected from the coral shoreline by a low retainer wall.

An oceanfront pier with ladder offers easy access into the water for diving or excellent snorkeling opportunites. You'll find brightly colored fishlife swimming amidst the coral and rock formations.

Cantamar offers 2 bedroom, 2 bath units with oceanfront living room, dining room and full kitchen. Condos have ocean front balconies or patios off the master bedroom and living rooms, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV and VCRs.
