Casa Chac-Pool consists of two separate houses amid a tropical garden complete with a freshwater swimming pool. Casa Chac-Pool is in a quiet neighborhood on the corner of 14th St. and 20th Ave. making it just 5 blocks from the waterfront. A great location for vacationing with your family or perfect for 4 couples.

The Mexican style main house is two stories. First level has living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and a second bathroom.

Downstairs, the dining area opens onto a patio area where tropical plants and flowers are abundant in the garden setting. A freshwater swimming pool and the 2 BR casita are located on the adjoining property.

The casita, topped with a Mexican-style clay tile, is located near the pool area, and has two large bedrooms each with private bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. A kitchen in the casita is convenient to the pool/patio area and there is a screened porch where guests can gather.

Casa Chac-Pool has telephone (in main house and casita), cable TV and DVD (in main house and casita) and is fully air conditioned. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped with oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, cofffeemaker, blender and toaster. Casita kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, cookware, etc.

The tropical garden and pool area is so lovely, you won't want to leave your private paradise.
