Casa Las Flores is a newer, very private and first class villa located 8.5 miles south of town. Visitors wanting to relax in privacy and seclusion will find this spacious and tasteful villa a perfect option. Las Flores is only a few minutes by boat to the spectacular reefs of Cozumel. Though secluded from the hustle and bustle of town, the main square is only 15 minutes by car.

There are three bedrooms in the main house, with 2 king beds and 2 queens to sleep 8. Another queen sized bed in the guest apartment sleeps 2 more people. Two air mattresses can accommodate 2 more guests. Maximum occupancy 13 people.

Features: Oceanfront, oceanview. Fresh water swimming pool. Poolside tables and chairs and BBQ grill. Rinse tank and drying area for dive/snorkel equipment. Outdoor shower. Snorkel or dive right in front of the villa. Only 5 minutes by boat to Santa Rosa Wall and 3 minutes to Punta Tunich and Yucab reefs! Only a few minutes by car to Chankanaab Park and other beautiful, sandy white beaches. Lush tropical landscape surrounding the villa. Central air conditioning. CD/stereo/tapeplayer. Satellite TV/VCR. Reading and video library. Telephone for local calls. Elegant furnishings of mahogany wood, rattan, marble floors, imported furniture. Fully equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, etc. Purified bottled water is provided.

All 3 bedrooms in the villa have terraces overlooking the pool and ocean. Guest apartment has a garden view, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom and is air conditioned with window units. Daily maid service (except Sunday and major Mexican holidays). Optional cook and grocery shopping service available. Water system is pressurized and treated with chlorine (though not "purified") and water softener.

Be sure to bring your dive booties or an old pair of sneakers or sandals for entering the water. Once in the water the bottom is sandy but the shoreline is rocky.
