Iguanas Sur oceanfront vacation villa rental properties in Cozumel Mexico

Living area is alive with color with brighly colored purple/blue/green cushions on the sofas. A wall of glass in the living room offers plenty of light and great views of the pool/patio/garden area and the 18-foot high ceilings provide an open and airy feeling. There is a stereo/CD/tapeplayer for your favorite music (Margaritaville would be appropriate!).

The stairway from the living area curves and winds its way to the upper level and Marble and blue tile adorn the stairway.

A complete kitchen has all appliances (even side by side refrigerator dispensing purified water), and the dining room has seating for 8, plus additional seating at the poolside table just out the sliding glass doors.

First bedroom in the main house is just off the living room. This bedroom features a private bath, queen size bed, plenty of closet space, ceiling fans and air conditioner.

Another bedroom is on the second story and has queen size bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning, closets and private bath.

Master bedroom is located on the third level and offers incredible views, oceanside terrace, satellite tv, king bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning and room to romp. A winding staircase from the master bedroom takes you to the 4th level where the private bath is located. A doorway from this area takes you to the rooftop observation area with chairs, jungle views and ocean vistas.

Two suites are also included in the Iguanas Sur; both with outside entrances. The first is located on the ground floor and has 2 double beds, a large carved wood armoire, air conditioning, ceiling fans, full bath, single futon + double futon, dining table for 4 and small kitchenette. Another suite is on the second level and has two double beds + a single futon & double futon, lounge chairs, satellite TV option, kitchenette, brighly colored yellow couch and matching dining room furniture (table with 4 chairs); there is also a second story oceanside terrace overlooking the pool/patio area.
If your group is larger, Iguanas Sur can be combined with it's sister villa, Ranas Sur for a total of 11 bedrooms and will accommodate up to 30 guests. These villas are a good choice to have a wedding on Cozumel.
