These two separate properties are available individually or combine them for a large group. If you are planning a wedding on Cozumel, these villas will be wonderful. These incredible villas are located south of San Miguel near Cozumel's best beaches and close to the best diving available in the Caribbean.

Each of these deluxe villas features over 3,000 square feet of living area. An enormous freeform swimming pool is shared by the villas, yet with a bridge spanning the center of the pool, there is a natural separation which provides privacy for each villa. And when you're in the mood for a dip in the sea, follow the pathway to the ocean; stairs lead to an area to enter the water for excellent snorkeling. Freshwater showers are located poolside.

The location of the Iguanas-Ranas is particularly convenient if you are divers or beach lovers. Boats can pick up divers at the nearby pier, or even at the property (weather permitting). A beautiful sandy beach begins on the other side of the pier and goes on, and on, and on for miles. The sea views here are dazzling with the emerald green palms set against the brilliantly colored turquoise of the Caribbean sea and you'll have the best seat in the house for spectacular sunsets.

Together these villas have 11 bedrooms, 10 baths + 2 half baths. They can accommodate your entire group of 30 guests comfortably.

Both villas are bright and airy with many special touches, including materials and furnishings from throughout Mexico and other parts of the world. Unique and colorful artwork is displayed throughout the properties. Paintings, masks, wood carvings, quilted fabrics, pottery, shadow boxes and handmade rugs add interest and a rich quality to the Iguanas/Ranas.

You will notice intriguing design features throughout the villas with a tendency toward soft curving lines in the structures. All of the bathrooms have finely crafted fixtures, like the shell-shaped sinks, and the showers in a tulip formation. Counters throughout the properties are Piedra de Tikul, a fine quality granite in warm hues and marble, stone and mosaic tiles are used in various areas. There are "porthole" windows, brightly colored furniture, stone walls in the living areas with winding staircases leading to upper levels.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout the rest of the properties. Both properties have satellite TV, a safe for your valuables, free internet access and cell phones for guest use (phone cards are available from the caretaker).There are plenty of outdoor living areas, with poolside patio, multiple terraces, and rooftop observation areas.

Outside living is a dream. Sip a cool margarita on one of the terraces. Crawl into a hammock for a lazy afternoon nap. Stroll down the jungle path to a log bench where you can perch and watch the activity along the ocean. Slip into the ocean for some serious snorkeling, head back and take a refreshing dip in the freshwater pool, or just lounge on the patio
