A 3 B.R., 3 bath oceanfront villa located north of San Miguel, just south of the Puerto de Abrigo yacht club. This 3 story property was built into the natural coral foundation, affording breathtaking views from each level of the villa.

Main level of the villa has fully equipped kitchen; dining room faces the ocean and seats six at the table, plus there are three bar stools at the convenient lunch counter.

The living room also faces the ocean with lots of glass, giving you some great views of the Caribbean. Exit the patio doors to a comfortable patio area.

On the lower level is another living area with couches, chair and also a table perfect for playing a game of cards. Patio doors from this area take you to large man-made beach and patio area where you'll find a barbecue grill, lounge chairs and palm trees.

Steps take you to a platform along the sea where sunning would be the thing to do. Slip into the sea and explore the interesting rocky coastline you'll find here. The snorkeling is excellent here with easy access by ladder.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private dressing area and full bath with tub and shower; patio door leads to oceanfront patio area. Another upstairs bedroom has twin beds with private bathroom; patio doors give you access to upper level oceanfront balcony.

A lower level bedroom has twin beds and bathroom off the hall. There is oceanside patio area off this bedroom as well.
