This deluxe property on the island of Cozumel is perfect for those who travel in style and expect only the best. If you have discriminating tastes and want luxury in your vacation property, La Mansion is an excellent choice for you. With well over 10,000 square feet of living area, La Mansion is so spacious even large groups will have plenty of room. Rooms are beautifully appointed with quality furnishings and artwork. Get together with your group in one of the property's several living areas. If you are in the mood to watch a movie or sporting event, the upstairs family room would be a great choice with its 42" big screen television. The music/play room on the first level is a great place to gather to listen to music, watch television, or enjoy a drink at the bar. If you have a musician in your group, gather around the piano for a sing-along. You'll find a CD player, stereo with cassette and turn table and satellite television in this room furnished with white rattan furnishings. Glass doors open from this room to the large oceanfront patio on the first floor. Enjoy a cocktail before dinner in the formal living area. This large room also overlooks the ocean with glass doors opening to the large outdoor patio where you'll have great views of the Caribbean. La Mansion has two dining rooms. You may want to use the formal dining room overlooking the ocean for your main meals. This area seats 12. Second dining area also has ocean views, but is smaller with seating for 6. La Mansion has a large, fully equipped kitchen. There's plenty of work space, and two large side-by-side refrigerators. The property is stocked with plenty of glassware, dishes, placemats and linens, utensils and all that you will need. If you wish, we can arrange to have a cook on staff for your stay. La Mansion has wonderful outdoor living spaces and everything you want in a luxury vacation villa. The swimming pool is located ocean side on a spacious terrace. There is a wading pool for small children, and a larger pool as well. A beautiful garden area is adjacent to the pool area. There are lounge chairs and tables for your comfort; and there are some large trees for shade when you've had enough sun. Ocean views are superb from this area. A path leads you to your private pier where boats can pick you up for diving or fishing excursions. Or use the pier as your jumping off point into the ocean for a snorkeling adventure. Just north of the private pier is a sandy beach area where you can build sand castles or enter the water for a swim in the ocean. There are also two large patio areas that extend from one end of the property to the other on both the first and second floors. These areas are shaded and have decorative arches and balisters. Past the beach area and off the ocean is a tennis/basketball area (back court only), where you can practice your backhand, or shoot a few baskets. You certainly will be able to find plenty of diversions at La Mansion without leaving the property!
