The kitchen is small, but has a full size refrigerator and stove plus a handy center island with seating for 6. In addition, there is a dining area with seating for 6. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining private bath. One other bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has twin beds; these two bedrooms share a bath.

Las Palmas is nestled on a large corner lot with an inviting pool and patio. This spacious lot has many tropical palms and plants and room to play.
