The Peninsula is a sparkling new offering to Cozumel's vacation condo rental market. You definitely can't miss the Peninsula building, located 2 miles north of town on the north end of the island; this has to be the largest building on the island.

Unit B4 is on the 4th floor in the southern tower of this 2-tower building. The condo is a spacious, 3 BR, 4 bath that can accommodate large families or couples traveling together. You’ll be delighted by the fabulous view from your oceanfront balcony as well as from each of the 3 bedrooms. You will find your condo equipped with everything that you will need for a wonderful stay.

In addition, the Peninsula offers community recreation room, 300 feet of private beach with stairstep ocean access, seaside palapas, a large pool and all ocean facing bedrooms. There are 2 saunas (one for the ladies; one for the men) and a massage room (appointments needed). An oceanfront gym is equipped with state of the art gear and there are also showers and bathrooms in the gym. In the community recreation room, there is a pool table and satellite TV.

There is wonderful snorkeling off the Peninsula; you'll see colorful tropical fish in all shapes and colors.

The living room, dining room and kitchen and all 3 bedrooms offer wonderful views of the sea. You will also find television with satellite TV, DVD, CD Player, 42 inch Television. Currently, there is no phone or internet service in the condo, but internet is available in the lobby.

The master bedroom contains a very comfortable king sized bed. It offers a panoramic sea view and private access to the balcony. It has its own large private bathroom with a separate shower.

Second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, a sea view. It also has its own private bathroom with shower. BR #3 has a full size bed and 1 twin size bed; it also has a private bath with shower.

The open design living room, dining room and kitchen is spacious with ocean views. In addition to dining room seating, there are four stools at the breakfast counter. The kitchen is fully furnished and spacious, including a microwave and all the small appliances that one would need like for instance a coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, blender, washer/dryer
