Villa Yak’alil is a 5 BR, 4.5 bath villa, nestled in a unique location south of town near the Chankanaab Marine park. It is on a secluded cove with only one neighbor. The beach is very private, it does not have any traffic. Very few people pass by walking. From the third floor terrace next to the king bedroom you can see both sunrise and sunset, also you can see the cruise ships in town. The area is great for kayaking, and two kayaks are provided at the property. The name, Yal' Alil means Fish Lagoon in Mayan, so of course the snorkeling is excellent in this area. The Tunich Reef is just offshore of the property. With superb sunset views over the Caribbean, Villa Yak'alil is a very attractive 5 bedroom villa, stylishly decorated with a blend of contemporary furnishings. The ultimate in privacy, Villa Yak'alil features 5 large bedrooms and 4.5 baths, living room, dining room and an entertainment center including big screen TV, DVD, plus free high speed Internet. The living room/entertainment room is furnished with a large screen satellite television, DVD, internet access, and a collection of books. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, plus microwave, stove, and refrigerator. If you choose not to cook, we can arrange a cook for you at a reasonable fee. The dining table seats 10, and additional dining space is available on the veranda. The Villa Yak'alil offers a dramatic ocean view through the veranda with a deck and steps leading to the villa's swimming pool and the sandy beach. This veranda running the length of the house provides the perfect area for al fresco dining or an aperitif at sunset. Two full size futon sofa beds are located on the second floor lounge. Views are spectacular, with a panorama of the Caribbean, dive boats, cruise ships on the horizon and romantic sunsets never to be forgotten. Four distinctive master suites are available, each with its own en suite bathroom and large closet. These 4 bedrooms have ocean views. The 5th bedroom is on the main floor with a garden view and uses the 1/2 bath across the hall. Take advantage of this unique beachfront home and private location for the vacation of your dreams.
